When I created the job that Nicki holds at Blue Orchid Designs, I put a quiet employment announcement up about it and subsequently received about 100 inquiries and applications.  None of them quite fit what I was looking for and I was beginning to get discouraged that I would ever find the person I needed to fill the unique role.  So when a colleague recommended Nicki, I went into the interview a bit skeptical.  Fortunately, both ladies proved me wrong and I was so impressed that I ended up hiring her on the spot!  Since then, she has proven herself to be a complete lifesaver and has made my company run so much more effectively.  Nicki is the first person you'll meet at Blue Orchid Designs and I'm confident you'll love her as much as we do!
