Please take courage to discuss these issues with your planner. Please. You will be giving her the chance to either do a better job or show you her true colors.

If you don't have this discussion you may have pent up frustration on your day and that frustration may manifest itself when you don't want it to. That's not what you need.

As a professional planner; I'd like to say that I always hit home runs with my clients. But I can't. Statistically it's even faulty to hope for.

However, I KNOW that even though it would be hard to hear...I would greatly appreciate my client telling me where I am falling short for them, so I can either correct it or end the relationship.

Because some people seem to be getting the wrong idea:

I did not shop for my planner by cost alone. She was listed as one of the Top 5 planners in the Sacramento area in 2007, came with rave reviews on several websites, and several fabulous referral reviews. I guess she's just not working out for me.
